Vancouver-based Rize Alliance has decided to sell its 306 Terminal Avenue site, abandoning plans for The Grid, a proposed 10-storey office project. The site, featuring a Tim Hortons, was acquired in 2017 for $15.5 million. Listed without a price by Avison Young, it offers potential density increase due to transit-oriented area legislation.
