King Development’s Richmond Hill townhome project is in receivership after defaulting on a $22.5 million loan. Ontario courts have appointed Rosen Goldberg to manage the assets. Despite efforts to arrange a sale, no agreement was reached for the nine-parcel site intended for the 72-townhouse project.
