Revised plans for a development at 50 Wilson Heights Blvd reduce Block 1’s height from 12 to 10 storeys and increase Block 2’s towers from 16 to 17 storeys. The project, spanning two blocks, features 976 residential units (384 affordable), retail, and a community center. Office space is removed.
