Bosa and Kingswood Properties have revised their plans for the 1700 Alberni Street project in Vancouver’s West End, increasing the height to 44 and 41 storeys. The development will now include 613 residential units, with 377 rentals and 236 strata units. Of the rentals, 75 will be below-market units.
