Delta approved a revised condo development at 1219 Hunter Rd., Tsawwassen, for 68 units in a six-story building. The new plan, replacing a previously approved 40-unit design, now excludes rental units. A traffic study found no significant impact, and a traffic signal will be installed nearby later this year.
