Darby’s Public House and Liquor Store in Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighborhood will be redeveloped into a rental housing project. The six-storey development will include 68 purpose-built rental units while maintaining a commercial space on the ground level. Darby’s Liquor Store will return in the new building.
