Anthem Properties and Streamliner Properties have acquired Ottawa’s Carlingwood Mall for $73.5M, marking Anthem’s first investment in Ontario and Streamliner’s first project in Ottawa. Although plans aren’t available yet, the proposed redevelopment will enhance the area with residential density while maintaining commercial uses.
