Home prices in B.C.’s ski regions fell slightly in 2024, with median prices for detached homes and condos down 2.6% year-over-year. Whistler saw a 3% drop in detached home prices but a 12.4% decline for condos. Prices are expected to rise in 2025 as interest rates decrease.
