Developers of the CURV project in Vancouver have filed a lawsuit against a buyer over $7.3M in unpaid deposits for four presale units. The total purchase price of the four units is estimated to exceed $40M. CURV, a 60-storey luxury tower located at 1075 Nelson Street, aims to become the tallest passive house building in the world.
