Polygon Homes has acquired the northwest corner site at 5655 Cambie Street, currently home to a 1962 office building and parking lot. Adjacent to Oakridge Centre, the developer plans a 27-storey tower with 172 strata units. This acquisition completes Polygon’s holdings at the Cambie and W 41st Avenue intersection, complementing its nearby Claridge House project.
