QuadReal has revised plans for a 45-storey rental tower at 226 Soudan Avenue in Midtown Toronto, near the upcoming Mount Pleasant LRT station. Rising from a five-storey podium, the design includes 527 rental units with 40% family-sized layouts, 1,579 m² of amenities, and landscaped public spaces.
