Kelowna council approved development variance permits for a 245-room Sutton Place Hotel at Kelowna International Airport (YLW). Variances for height and sign sizes were also granted, with no logistical concerns raised by YLW, Nav Canada, or the Ministry of Transportation. Construction will start after the building permit is issued.
