PC Urban’s 1150 Barclay Street project in downtown Vancouver has shifted from a luxury condo development to a 21-storey rental housing tower. The proposal includes 152 rental units, with 30 below-market and 5 deeply affordable units. The project doubles the original tower’s height and adds community and bike facilities.
