IQ Condos Phase 3 in Etobicoke is moving forward with three towers ranging from 18 to 42 storeys, housing 915 units. Design changes include more studio and three-bedroom units and reduced parking. The project will be built in two phases, first focusing on the 18 and 25-storey towers.
