Construction is underway for 161 new affordable homes and 74 childcare spaces at 3838 Hastings Street in Burnaby. The six-storey building will include studio to three-bedroom units, nine fully accessible homes, and a YMCA-operated child care center. Completion is set for 2026; rents will be 30% of income.
