Minto Apartment REIT has reached an agreement to sell the 241-suite Castleview apartment complex in Ottawa’s southeast end for $69 million as part of its plan to offload aging properties. The 1973 building is located at 1755 Frobisher Lane. The sale is set to close in January 2025.
