Oakville has surpassed its 2024 housing start target of 2,750 homes by over 10%, with 3,067 homes underway. In contrast, Milton, Burlington, and Halton Hills are significantly behind their targets, with Halton Hills meeting only 6.44% of its goal. Ontario’s province-wide goal is 1.5 million homes by 2031.
