Anthem’s six-storey mixed-use proposal on East Second Street in North Vancouver received approval. The structure will replace a vacant commercial building and feature 76 units, ground-floor commercial space, two levels of underground parking, and a pedestrian link to transit. A public hearing wasn’t held since it aligns with the OCP.
