A new proposal aims to develop long-vacant lots at 735 and 743 Morrison Avenue in Kelowna into 11 townhomes across two three-storey buildings. The development will be steps from Okanagan College and Mission Park Shopping Centre. It is located in the city’s core area, which is designated for infill development.
