A new rent report highlights that Metro Vancouver contains four of Canada’s five priciest cities for rentals, with a $922 gap between the most and least costly neighbourhoods. In Vancouver, Downtown leads at $2,782, while Sunset-Victoria Fraserview is the cheapest at $1,976. Surrey’s Newton offers the overall lowest rates at $1,850.
