A significant development is proposed for North Oakville, featuring two 30-storey buildings and two blocks of townhouses. Phase 2 of the development would feature two 14-storey buildings. This project will bring more than 1,000 residential units to the area. The proposal includes nearly 5,000m2 of modern amenities.
