A mixed-use redevelopment is proposed to replace a 1980-built, three-storey building in West Point Grey’s retail village in Vancouver. The six-story development will feature 69 rental homes and retail/restaurant spaces. The development aims to attract residents and enhance the active storefronts of the retail village, following a decline in recent years.
