A 45-storey rental tower is proposed at 170-180 Merton Street in Toronto’s Davisville Village. The 146.2m building will include 517 rental units, retail space, and amenities, while partially retaining a heritage building. The transit-oriented development, a short walk from Davisville Station, reflects ongoing densification in the area.
