A new project in East Vancouver’s Hastings-Sunrise neighbourhood will provide 146 new rental homes for families and seniors by 2027. The project includes two six-storey buildings with a mix of deep-subsidy, income-geared, and affordable market units. Former tenants will have first refusal, and 36 units will be fully accessible.
