Nanaimo city council approved a three-story, 21-unit apartment complex at 2126 Meredith Rd. The project, featuring nine studio and 12 one-bedroom units, will feature eco-friendly plumbing and exceed energy efficiency standards. The development, replacing an existing house, will provide small car parking and long-term bicycle storage.
