The MST Nations plan to buy out Canada Lands Company’s (CLC) stake in Vancouver’s Heather and Jericho Lands. The phased acquisition, starting in 2025 and spanning to 2030, reflects the Nations’ goal of fully owning these properties. Development applications for portions of Heather Lands are underway.
