ML Emporio is proposing a 44-storey tower near SFU Surrey, replacing three homes with 424 strata units, including 72 micro-units. Designed by Arcadis IBI Group, the tower features a stacked cube design, office/retail spaces, amenities, and parking. Surrey Council gave initial approvals. A public hearing is set for June 24.
