Minto Apartment REIT is acquiring a 50% controlling interest in North Vancouver’s Lonsdale Square for $52.96 million, marking its entry into the Metro Vancouver market. The 6-storey, 113-unit rental building located at 126 E 21st Street includes a commercial component fully leased to a brewpub, pharmacy, and nutrition retailer.
