The Mark Anthony Group purchased the 5.2-acre former BC Tree Fruits warehouse in Kelowna for $17.5 million, below its $22 million asking price. The site, acquired amid BCTF’s bankruptcy, adds to the liquidation of BCTF assets, with other properties sold in Vernon and Kelowna. Further asset sales remain under review.
