Marcon proposes a 29-story hotel instead of a 10-story condo project at 2030 Barclay Street in Vancouver’s West End. Due to its height, the project requires rezoning. In addition to retail and dining spaces, the new hotel will include 292 units—65 for short-term stays and 227 serviced apartment rooms.
