Developers have updated plans for “The Views,” a housing project near UBCO. The project aims to support diverse housing needs on the 40-acre site and proposes 324 rental units in three six-storey buildings on 5.3 acres. Initially planned for 100 units, the rezoning and development variance applications are pending review.
