Ledingham McAllister has submitted a development permit application for The Vintage at Waterscapes in Kelowna. The project includes four towers ranging from 28 to 36 storeys, totaling 1,141 units—1,101 strata and 40 rentals. Amenities feature a six-level parkade with 1,366 vehicle and 1,142 bicycle stalls. Construction will proceed in two phases.
