The Ledge on Lakeshore development in Kelowna is expanding its rental offerings by adding 82 units. This revision increases the current phase’s towers to 12, 12, and 17 storeys, while reducing some amenity space to prioritize parking. Once complete, the project will feature 1,150 units, combining rentals and condos.
