In December, rental rates in Metro Vancouver hit their lowest since April 2023, with an average of $2,297 for a one-bedroom unfurnished unit. Coquitlam was the only area to see an increase in one-bedroom rents. West Vancouver saw the biggest drop at -6.24%. Langley had the most affordable city for rent per sq ft at $2.27.
