Langley City has more than doubled DCC rates to fund infrastructure improvements for nearly 2,000 new housing units. The new rates are set at $45,563 for detached lots, $32,683 for townhouses, and $21,246 for apartments. The City has also increased CACs to build and expand community amenities.
