Westgate Pacific Construction, a subsidiary of Landa Global Properties, is set to acquire the Modus project at 7576 Granville Street in Vancouver for $10.56M. Centred Developments initiated the development, which comprises 17 townhouses and was approximately 43% complete before facing cost overruns and insolvency.
