Vancouver’s historic Hollywood Theatre and adjacent Hollywood Residences, originally built in 1935, have been sold to Dayhu Group for $47.5 million. Previously owned by Bonnis Properties, the renovated theatre now serves as an event space, and the residences, completed in 2022, offer 40 stratified rental units.
