The City of Kelowna has unsuccessfully attempted to purchase Kelowna Springs Golf Course amid public efforts to prevent its industrial redevelopment. The property is owned by Vancouver-based Denciti Development Corp. Though the land was reverted to recreational use in 2023, the owner can still submit a development application.
