After nearly four years, Kelowna’s North End redevelopment plan is ready for council endorsement. The plan covers areas from Clement Avenue to Knox Mountain, including expansions, new housing, and improved transit. It excludes the former Tolko Mill site. City staff has consulted with SD23, but no specific school site has been identified yet.
