Kelowna City Council will discuss a proposed rezoning for a major housing development on Bernard Avenue. Vancouver-based Denciti Development plans to consolidate 12 properties into two six-storey buildings with 361 rental units. The development will offer studio to three-bedroom homes alongside parking for 314 vehicles.
