Kelowna Council has approved rezoning for five projects and a development permit for a sixth, adding 367 new units, 281 of which are rentals. The projects include mixed-use buildings, apartments, and townhomes. This aims to address housing challenges, following BC’s 5-year housing targets for Kelowna and other municipalities.
