Kelowna City Council unanimously approved a development at 765 Badke Road, replacing an old 18-unit building with a new 120-unit, six-storey building. The project features one-, two-, and three-bed options, plus almost 2,000 sq.m. of amenity space. Half the tenants have relocated, with the developer assisting the rest.
