Kelowna is advancing its first Housing Accelerator Fund project by rezoning city-owned land on Dougall Road for rental-only housing. This is part of a $31.5M federal agreement to boost affordable housing. The city plans to seek developers for below-market rental projects in partnership with private builders or non-profits.
