Kamloops city council approved a development permit for a six-storey, 128-unit rental apartment building by A&T Project Developments on Notre Dame Drive. The unanimous vote allows replacing the existing Bianca Amor’s building. The project is phase one of two, with a tax exemption granted and sanitary sewer upgrades required.
