A new four-storey building with 27 purpose-built rentals will be built at St. Paul Street and Tenth Avenue in Kamloops, replacing three houses. The building will feature studios, one- and two-bedroom units, amenities like a gym, bike storage, and rooftop patio. Kamloops Council has approved the rezoning and development permit.
