Kamloops city council unanimously approved the first two readings of zoning and OCP amendment bylaws for a 180-unit housing development in Pineview Valley, near the future Sníne elementary school. The development will include 60 apartments and 120 townhouses on a 5.66-hectare portion of the 18.9-hectare property.
