Vancouver City Council has greenlit the Jericho Lands redevelopment—a 90-acre, Indigenous-led project in partnership with Canada Lands Company. Over 25–30 years, the plan envisions 13,000 homes for 24,000 residents, including 30% affordable housing, alongside parks, schools, cultural spaces, and a future SkyTrain station.
