Hudson’s Bay Company is auctioning off long-term leases for several of its iconic Canadian department stores, including locations in Vancouver, Calgary, and Montreal. The company has received interest from 31 entities for 65 leases. Additionally, the company is auctioning a significant collection of historical art and artifacts, including the Royal Charter of 1670.
