Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) has withdrawn from Vancouver’s Oakridge Park redevelopment, exiting its anchor tenant role under an agreement with QuadReal Properties. Instead, HBC will focus on redeveloping its Granville Street flagship store. HBC initially announced an amendment to its lease in 2018 that would allow relocation.
