The Gilmore Place project’s Phase 2 plans have shifted from a 37-storey office tower to a 65-storey residential tower near SkyTrain Gilmore Station due to poor office market conditions. Tower 4 will now feature 509 condominiums and 250 below-market rentals. This phase will include a 52-storey Tower 5 and 47-storey Tower 6.
